For pair wedding rings designed and ordered in English on the Pair Wedding Ring Maker: made to order in Japan in 900 Platinum, 18K Yellow Gold or 18K Rose Gold, with or without diamonds and engraving.
We currently ship to the United States only, by DHL Express with tracking. Shipping is included in the price.
Prices are in US dollars. A pair starts at US$1,800, including shipping to the US. Diamonds, and gold weight above the amount included in the base price, are added to the total. The total is shown on the design screen and on the payment page before you pay.
Prices do not include Japanese consumption tax (export sale). Payment is by credit or debit card on Stripe’s secure payment page, at the time of ordering. There is no physical try-on sample: your rings are made from the 3D design you see on screen.
Import duties, taxes and any customs or brokerage fees charged in the US are not included in our price and are paid by the recipient on delivery.
Production starts once your payment is confirmed and takes about 3 weeks. We then ship by DHL Express (usually 3–5 business days to the US) and email you the tracking number. Customs clearance can add time.
Each ring is made in the size you confirm when ordering. US sizes on the design screen are converted from the inner diameter we make to. Please check both sizes carefully before you pay.
Every pair is made to order from your own design, so we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind, including a change of size.
Size changes are available for a fee. Depending on the design, we either resize the ring or remake it in the new size from your saved design data. We decide which after checking your design, and tell you, with a quote, before you pay.
If we remake a ring, you can send us the original and we will credit the value of its metal toward the remake.
The fee, shipping both ways and any import duties are paid by the customer.
If your rings arrive damaged or defective, or are not the size you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping in these cases is paid by us.
Orders can be cancelled before production starts. Because production begins soon after payment, please contact us as early as possible.
