Shipping, returns & legal notice
For Metalwork rings and pendants ordered in English: one-of-a-kind pieces in sterling silver 925, without stones, made to order in Japan. Pendants include the bail; chains are not included.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the countries below by DHL Express, with tracking. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you order.

We do not ship to other countries yet. Shipping rates follow DHL Express charges, including fuel surcharge, and may be updated.
Price, currency and payment
- The official price is in Japanese yen (JPY). Any US$ amount shown is an approximate conversion for reference only.
- Prices are export prices and do not include Japanese consumption tax.
- Payment is by credit or debit card on Square’s secure payment page, at the time of ordering. Your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
Import duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST) and any customs or brokerage fees charged in your country are not included in our price and are paid by the recipient on delivery. These depend on your country’s rules.
Making and delivery time
- Production starts once your payment is confirmed and usually takes 2–3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.
- We then ship by DHL Express and email you the tracking number. Delivery usually takes a few business days after dispatch; customs clearance can add time.
Size
Each ring is made to the inner circumference you confirm when ordering. US and UK size conversions on the order page are approximate; the millimetre figure is what we make to. There is no physical try-on sample for these orders: the piece is made from the 3D design you see and approve on screen. Pendants are made to the height and thickness you choose; the height includes the bail.
Returns, exchanges and cancellation
- Every piece is made to order from your own design, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, including a change of size.
- If the piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping for a defective item is paid by us.
- Orders can be cancelled before production starts. Because production begins soon after payment, please contact us as early as possible.
